Yay I have a chance to write….
While my dinner is cooking, the little boys are in bed and Zaci is comfy on a bean bag having down time watching his favorite shows I thought I’d say a BIG Hello to you lovely people.
Days are flying into each other and before I knew it, it had been weeks since I have blogged. We are all doing wonderfully, the boys are well, my hubby’s business is pumping and I have been working extra hours as well. I managed to join the gym again which I am so pleased about! Nothing like a good workout in the morning to get the brain and oxygen powering around.
I chose an all ladies gym this time. I must say it’s the friendliest gym I have ever been too. I love seeing little old ladies pump bigger weights then me!! 🙂 I’m definitely out of form in that department haha
If I could give an mumma advice about joining a gym these would be my tips….
Mummy’s little tip of the day – Find a gym close to home or on the way to work. If it’s either of these, it makes it very convenient and easy to go to. I’ve done some research and I found the ladies gyms had the cheapest child care. My gym has a few sessions you can choose from. Make sure the duration of care allows you to have time after your workout for a coffee/tea and breakfast or light meal. Having this peace while the kiddies are being looked after is essential. Gives you time to wind down. If there is enough time to shower as well this is a bonus. Do your research, call around for the best deal. It definitely pays off!
